LEARNING TRACKS
All tracks created come with different versions for your learning pleasure. Please take time to read the description of each one to better acquaint yourselves with options. Be advised that many tracks only have one version of the following :

a.) Part Panned - The predominant part will be on the left side of your stereo mix. All other parts will be on your right. *Note that the part listed is considerably louder than all others.
​
b.) Part Pre - The part listed is louder in a stereo recording. No panning option.
c.) Part Missing - The part listed is missing in the overall stereo mix provided. Great to see if you have a good handle on the part you are learning.

LICENSING FEES
Mechanical licensing fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. By purchasing learning tracks from advocals.com, you agree to the responsibility of paying mechanical licensing fees for the copies that you make. You can learn about and pay mechanical licensing fees by going to the Harry Fox agency website (www.harryfox.com). Mechanical licensing fees are collected to pay royalties to the copyright owners. The current cost is 9.1 cents per copy and you must pay for a minimum of 25 copies. The minimum cost is $2.28 per song. The arranger owns the copyright on any public domain song. You will likely need to pay the copyright holder directly for public domain songs. Mechanical license fees are affordable and should be taken seriously. Please make your learning tracks legal.
